All of our covers are made to order, so you can be sure it will fit your spa. Spa covers take 2-3 week for production and about a week in transite. We use 1.5lb foam on our covers with the foam cut with a taper so that they have good water run off, and to help insure that you do not have standing water on top of your cover for added longevity we also seal the foam core in plastic to lock moisture out. Our covers are built with a steel support for extra strength. All of our covers come in a marine grade vinyl for long lasting covers. Our covers come with a 3 year warranty. However it is our experience that they last over 5 years. All covers come with locking tie down so that your cover does not go anywhere.
